"I ended up with fungus on 2 of my nails 3 weeks after having a brand new set of acrylic nails put on. I've never had fungus in 10 years of doing my nails. Will never go there again."
"Not going back.. I went there once before for a pedi/mani and felt it was overpriced for the outcome.. Thought I would pop in, since I just needed a quick eyebrow wax. I went by to see if they could fit me in before closing and one of the ladies said yes. The lady that actually did my wax, must have been upset. She was being rude and pulled/broke the skin with tweezers/wax in several places."
"I gave up getting my nails done here because the gel is always thick and clumpy. I decided to just get pedicures. So yesterday I went in and my male tech did a good job and communicated with me throughout but he was extremely rough. I have hammer toes on my right foot so they are bent and don't lay flat. I wasn't watching and all of a sudden I was in extreme pain. He was pressing my toes down trying to flatten them. I was in so much pain but he held on pushing my toes. I finally yanked harder and got my foot free from his grip. It was throbbing and I immediately put it in the warm water. He was perplexed and starting speaking in Vietnamese to the lady next to him. I got through the rest of my service but my foot was throbbing. I tipped him over 20% but now wish I wouldn't have. An hour after I left my toes were black and blue. My other foot had smeared gel polish across the top. I was a mess! Wore socks today to hide my feet."
