"Understaffed. Feel bad for the lady doing orders over the phone, in person, charging, serving, cleaning tables, on a Sunday when it'd super busy. It diminishes the quality of the place. On top of that, the order was wrong, I felt so bad for the lady didn't even said anything, she was so overworked, I felt bad for her. I hope her management realizes quality will go down to save on an extra employee on assisting her. I don't know if it's the same as the business on 8th street but in years had never had a negative experience at the 8th street location."
