"What time is check in? What building do I check in, red and white building or grey building?"
"Arrived at 11am. They told me the product wouldn’t arrive until 5pm. Checked back in at 5pm and they said the product still wasn’t there. It is now 7pm. They better be paying detention considering their extremely high profit margins. Not sure how this place has 4.1 stars, I’m going to assume they’re fake reviews. This is probably the worst place you can get loaded. Shame on this company and the freight brokers for paying such low rates too."
"The white haired older guy at the office is holding us back out of spite since the last time I was here I did not want to leave the facility over weight I’ve been here close to 16 hrs now and he keeps on telling the employees at the office what to tell me at first when I checked in he said it would be an hour to get loaded they’ve loaded numerous drivers except me at no time was I rude to this man or the employees under him but he continues to give the run around very unprofessional staff and management cursing outside of the facility in front of the shipping office there conversations are offensive and full of profanity it’s ridiculous how staff is allowed to act this way around the work place. If I could zero star it I definitely would this is horrible service!"
"No phone number to contact receiving and shipping! Appointment time was for 4pm. I had arrived at 2pm hoping I could pick up early. Was told load would be ready by 8pm. And now its 10 pm! I will never be coming back! Horrible experience! They better pay me my detention fee!!"
