"Dr. Matthew Stratman and and his staff are wonderful. I have been to both offices and the front office staff at both are friendly and kind. Highest praise goes to Yolanda, Dr. Stratman's excellent dental assistant. Doc and Yolanda really care and are so helpful. Doc is efficient and honestly - the first dentist I can recall whose precision and expertise made the work I had completed "pain free"! I am so glad I found them and I'm grateful for all of their impeccable work."

"One thing I truly appreciated about this practice was how I felt that they all prioritized my best interest. As a student, I appreciated how the team here worked to not only ensure that I was on track for the safest & healthiest path for my dental health, but also that the costs I was being charged was reasonable and affordable. Chris at the front desk was very patient, flexible, and helpful in scheduling me an appointment as soon as possible. Lisa was the one who cleaned my teeth and she was very thorough and took the time to explain everything in great detail to me. I also met Dr. Levy who came in afterwards to greet me and check everything. She was very kind and warm, and I enjoyed getting to talk to her. Overall I had a great experience and look forward to returning here!"

"TL:DR - hygienist tried to resist my attempt to get up from the exam chair prior to the appointment formally beginning after I became uncomfortable with the situation. My latest cleaning appointment went awry today as I arrived three minutes late, was promptly led to my usual patient room by not my usual hygienist, my third or fourth in as many visits. I was late, that is on me. The hygienist introduced herself politely and got me settled into the exam chair, I guess that's what it should be called. I then waited about ten to fifteen minutes as she fumbled with the computer, my charts I recon, went to and from the front office, noted that she was new to this office's software (understandable) and would "fix it later." She then tilted the chair backward, another piece of equipment was in the way, prompting a sudden jolt of the chair as the equipment slid out from under violently as it was being pinched under the reclining chair. She continued to fumble with setup at which point I decided I was uncomfortable enough with the situation and her seeming lack of preparation/readiness and announced I'd like to abort this appointment and reschedule. At this point I had unclipped one side of the "bib" and started to lean forward from the reclined chair. The hygienist inquired as to what I thought I was doing and grabbed my right shoulder firmly and attempted to resist my getting up from said chair by pulling backward. I politely stated "ma'am I'm going to need you to remove your hand from my shoulder." She did but continued to become more exasperated by my sudden standing up and noting I was cancelling my appointment. She exclaimed I had a cavity to fill to which I noted was discovered at my last visit and the Dentist said it was ok to wait until my next exam, six months ago. I can wait a little longer. So, while my visits were never stellar, it's the dentist not Disneyland, I've never had a hand be placed on me to try to force me back into an exam chair. I do not condone this behavior and will be finding a new dental office. I will not be rescheduling."

"Unfortunately, I have to take back my 5 star review. I can't recommend Stratman Dentistry anymore. Recently switched to a new dentist who informed me (showing xrays) that the crown I had placed here was not fitted correctly. Stratman dentistry refused to give any sort of compensation for their mistake."

"I don't usually write reviews but I just had to after coming to stratman family dentistry on oracle. I had such a positive experience on my first visit. I got my exam and x-rays done and did a filling. The receptionist was very nice and helpful! Dr levy and her assistant, I don't remember her name were both awesome! Dr levy was so caring and made sure I was doing OK through the whole process. I do have a lot of work needing to be done. I can say I can trust everyone here and I'm actually looking forward to getting all my work done here! Also having no insurance, the pricing is exceptional compared to other dentists. I'm extremely happy I found this place!"
