"The staff is gracious, welcoming, friendly, and most accommodating ! Dr Gerken is warm, compassionate, empowering,and very caring. In addition, his skills are extraordinary as is his concern for each patient ! In addition, he educates each patient as to why, how and what he is doing throughout the procedure. He is very meticulous and thorough. And withal, he has a sense of humor ! Never in 30 yrs have I had an injection that is relatively pain free. What a gift !
