"I have been going to Gentle Dental for 2 or 3 months. I have a tooth that had to be extracted. During the whole process of preparing for the extraction Dr Ung has been great. He explained the process to remove the tooth and prepare me for my permanent bridge. He answered all my questions and concerns. I had the extraction yesterday and got a temporary tooth until my permanent tooth is ready. He was very gentle during the extraction and preparation for my temporary tooth. There was no real pain just a few sensations of pressure. I now have my temporary tooth and in a month I’ll go back for my permanent tooth. My experience has been more than positive Also all of the staff are awesome. Taking time to answer any questions about billing or anything else. The Doctor was so detailed and explained everything to me about my teeth which made it easy to understand!"
