"I was almost a victim of a dentist and hygienist trying to max out my insurance for services I did not need. I went to this office recently for a problem with a specific tooth. 2 1/2 hours later at an appointment I was originally told would only be about that one tooth, the dentist tells me that I have 5 cavities and the dental hygienist tells me I need a deep cleaning but it's "just a little more than a normal cleaning". I also found out when I made my cleaning appointment she had put some kind of irrigation on my treatment plan which she did not mention or explain. After doing research and speaking to another professional, I called them the next morning to cancel the deep cleaning because a) the hygienist had lied to me about the procedure b) did not explain what it actually entailed c) did not explain that it can cause pain for days or even weeks and d) after understanding what it was for, I did not need it. They refused to cancel without a cancellation fee and would not change the appointment to a regular cleaning until a different hygienist lectured me about "what the proper treatment was" for the condition my gums are in. I show up to the appointment and the hygienist begins the appointment with lecturing me stating "are you aware that what you are getting is not what you need"? I ended up leaving 10 minutes into the appointment and crying in the parking lot. I have now seen both a periodontist and another general dentist who have confirmed not only am I not in need of a "deep clean" and that I have no cavities. There are more issues I had during and after my visits here, but suffice to say I was 100% railroaded into unnecessary treatments that would have come with unnecessary costs and unnecessary pain. I have to question if the only reason I was given this bogus treatment plan was to be able to max out my insurance. I also question if this is an issue with the office or just this particular dentist and hygienist combo. The district manager did call me and was surprised to hear some of what happened."

"I have been coming to this denial office for a year now!!!! The staff is amazing dr spiller tells you everything in details! In a convenient location from my residents! Very clean n comfortable!!!!!! Highly recommended 100%"
