"I went to gentle dental Marana today for the first time. I’m one of those people who are terrified of the dentist. When I walked into the office, I was greeted by Gabrella and the office manager Linda and they were very professional and friendly. I didn’t have to wait and I was called back almost immediately. When I went back to “ the chair” Ilene was really accommodating and funny. She took the time to put my nerves at ease. I highly recommend this office."

They really eased my anxiety especially Desiree she answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was great too he took his time to sit and talk about my dental concerns. "DO NOT COME HERE! I honestly don’t know how they stay in business. Where do I start: They charged me for cleanings for myself and four kiddos back in Feb/Mar 2023. They said I had a copay. It was new insurance so I agreed. I called my insurance later only to find out cleanings are covered at 100%. I called Gentle Dental to dispute this. I had to call at least 3 times before I got a call back. To this day I have not been refunded. They have not had any dental hygienist since at least August. They have canceled my cleanings for the last 4 months because they have nobody to do it. I called 3 times in the last week to find out the status of the refund and also to find out whether I had done X-rays on my last visit. I am moving dentists because they are incompetent I and needed to know about X-rays. I have yet to get a call back. I also called back in September to get the same info on my kiddos about X-rays. No return call. I finally got a hold of someone yesterday after saying I was a new patient on the prompts and he said he was giving this info to his supervisor and would call me back. Still no call!!!!! Trust me!!!! Save your time and go somewhere else!!!! Also, this generic response they gave me with this phone number is the same number both my husband and I have called about 20 times with no call back! Don’t go here!!!"

"10/10 … the first visit already in love with our doctor and staff. We had an appointment for just a consultation and they went way above and beyond. Within two hours the doctor really took time to explain what was really happening behind the scenes, put brackets on her mouth just to get a feel for it and sent us home with all the bells and whistles. Super excited for this journey."
