"I arrived about 10 minutes before my appt. One lady was waiting in the waiting room. Then a gentleman arrived for his appt. There was a new reception person in training at the desk. A man came out from the back to pay his bill. The new girl needed help pulling up the bill. He took care of his bill. The lady was called back, then the gentleman. It was a few minutes before I was called back with Cynthia. She asked me several times how I was doing. I told her was fine that I did the tray once a week and the rinse almost every night. My numbers decreased since the last visit. We made my next appt. in three months. I was very pleased with this visit."
"The manager, Mrs Nicholl is very patient and will answer all the questions you might have. The technician also knows what she is doing. The specialist Dr Rider that I have seen, I don't know how to express my gratitude for the pain free procedure I have gone through. It was not an easy one and I didn't expect to have it done without " crying" . Thank you staff members to have make it easy for me."
