"I called late afternoon on a Thursday and Rocky answered the phone himself. That's an immediate plus! He was very pleasant -- asked if it were an emergency and I said "no" so we made an appointment for 1pm Monday. He showed on time accompanied by his father, George. Again -- very pleasant. Mine was a simple lock cylinder replacement but I've never experienced someone working that efficiently. 10-15 minutes later he handed me the 3 keys that I'd asked for. Done! Works perfect. After trying the old coat hanger trick for a while I started looking for a locksmith. Rocky was the only one that actually lived in Greenvalley and he was there within a half an hour.
