"Charged us $682 for labor on a $941 bill. Was here maybe one hour total, three trips, we live in Vail. Wow We never agreed to your charges because you never told us what they would be. You told us the furnace was unrepairable and then turned around and said it was just a loose wire. Not exceptable and would never refer you to anyone! Not even sure now if the mother board needed to be replaced. And as far as driving distance we live in Vail and so do you!"

"We were given Ray and Cathy's number from a local RV business. Our AC went out on our RV and no one could fix it right away. We called and Cathy said they could come out that afternoon. They had to order the part and were here today to install it. We were selling the RV and needed to get it fixed for the new owner as we were transporting it for them. Ray and Cathy took care of us right away. We had to get on the road this week and they were able to get us ready to do that! We highly recommend them and we can't thank them enough for such great service!"
