"We were stranded with a 3/4 ton crew cab pickup and a vintage travel trailer in Sonoita, AZ. We have premium auto and RV tow service through Good Sam, and we still spent three nights as Good Sam failed to return calls, failed to find a tow for us. Then a wonderful GS clerk got serious and found us a tow. Diaz! Then the good things started happening. Joe kept us informed with regular updates. They arrived with two tow rigs, one for my truck and one for the trailer. We were given a ride with our dog! They took us all the way to Mesa. Professional, careful, friendly and really nice folk."
