"I placed an order to be delivered today today 04/28/2023 between 9AM and Noon. the reason it was set to be delivered today is it was the only day I could get the 9AM to noon delivery. So after waiting a week and a half for this delivery they do not show up by noon. So I check my account and they had changed it to 9AM and 6PM. If this was a workable time I would have had this delivery done a week and a half ago. I tried their chat and it is some kind of robot called customer service and all they would say is they are on their way by 6PM. I told them this was unacceptable and they hung up on me but then I was getting louder. I called the local office and no one answered. Now it is almost 2PM and I have to leave without them showing up and no way to get back before it melts. UPDATE So the driver left a message on my phone saying he could not leave my order since it was hot out and it was frozen products. Now it is the following Monday and my order has disappeared and when I looked at reordering it the only delivery times listed are 9 to 6 or 8 to 8. Since I can not just wait all day for them to show up it looks like I will have to do my shopping elsewhere."
