"The salon employee had no idea what an Ivy League cut is. All she could say is I'm not a Barber. Okay. I guess there its called a short fade. She never combed my hair after the cut nor cleaned up my neck with a razor. She then wanted to charge me $24 for a cut that took less than 10 minutes. I complained so she charged me $20. I won't be back."

"Awful sub-par "style" when all I wanted was a straight cut. Long hair isn't that hard, I feel like she just wanted to do it her way. Very disappointed and will not be back. I guess you can't always rely on a place because of good reviews."

"Have been here a few times with good results. Nice people and great customers. However my latest visit left me dissatisfied. I work 6 days a week in a remote area an hour and forty minutes away. I only get to Havasu once a month or so for shopping . Stylist suggested one way to cut hair and I declined. Gave specific instructions which were ignored. Wanted a simple cut. She went ahead and did her way anyway. Then argued with me when I expressed concern at end. Lori doesn’t follow directions. Choose another. Now I have to take time out of my busy schedule to find another salon to fix what is the worst haircut I have had in 30 years. At least one stylist there does not heed customer directions. Next time I will request another stylist. However it is unlikely that I will use this location again"
