"HORRIBLE! Poor customer service! Called around noon to ask if I could come in today for nails anytime after 5:30PM, and the lady told me to come in at 6. I was there on time and she was finishing up a men’s haircut and said it would be a couple of min. I was okay with waiting. Then her friend comes in and starts doing her nails first and tells me she’ll do mine after. I HAD NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS! Who does this!? Waited for nothing and she clearly didn’t care!"
