"MY DAUGHTER LEFT THERE IN TEARS Horrible experience, rude and unprofessional service. Took my daughter to get a trim and the stylist completely butchered her hair. She did not listen to the cut or amount of hair my daughter wanted off. Argued with me about just wanting a trim vs a cut with “shape”. Just grabbed the scissors and cut her bangs mid argument although we declined her suggestion of bangs several times. Her hair is chopping, uneven or extremely short. She has completely traumatized my daughter from going to salons. She has been embarrassed to leave the house and had to do at home extensions to hide the horrible cut she gave her. Will NEVER go there again. The stylist was the older woman don’t know her name she maybe the owner. She offered no apology or compassion that she completely disregarded anything we asked for and my daughter completely hated it and was crying. Just kept repeating she had no shape. I had to give her shape. She made my 17 year olds hair look like a 70 year old. Completely disregarded the clients wishes. Please read other reviews with similar experiences and re consider getting your hair cut there."
