"The staff was friendly, but they really didn't listen to what I wanted. At least 4 times I stated that I wanted a dip manicure. When the technician brought the bottles to the table I again reminded her that I wanted a dip manicure. She told me that yes she was doing a dip manicure. She put one layer of dip on my nails and did the rest as a gel manicure. When I tried to stop her to remind her again that this was supposed to be a dip, she said the color I picked was only a gel color and that since the bottom coat was dip it was essentially the same thing. It's not the same thing and not what I asked for repeatedly. The work is fine, just not what I asked for."
"Great service, Rose did my nails and she did fantastic, she has awesome suggestions and you can tell she really cares. She is very patient and helpful, she also carries a conversation with you and I like that. The only problem I had was at the beginning when I walked in, they have me write my name on a list, but when they call in people they don't look at the order list, other than that service is great and Rose is fabulous!!! I would definitely recommend it!!"
