"Today I got the $25 car wash at the Hurricane location. The tire shine was not working on the right side. I went to the office and the employee told me I had to see the manager but he was in a meeting until 4 PM. I could see he was on the phone. If only the manager can make a decision, empower your employees. What is more important a customer or the meeting? From a customer service perspective, this was a failure. I finally left as I could not wait."
"They asked us to give them a 5 star review so we gave them 4. Outside of that, they’ve been amazing. I use my truck for work and it gets a lot of salt. The wash gets it really clean and I don’t worry about rust nearly as much as I used to."
