"Keeping it short: 1st week: Nothing done or ordered 2nd week: Called every other day, -- Monday: Them: "sorry it is hard to find parts", me, "Okay, can you please get started on parts you can find" -- Wednesday: Them: "sorry it's hard to find parts", me, "Okay, but what parts can get ordered", them: " I'll go check and call you back" .... Nothing -- Friday: Them: "sorry it's hard to find parts", me, "Okay, but what parts can get ordered, so we can get started", them: " I'll go check and call you back" .... Nothing 3rd week: Called every other day Monday: Them: "sorry it's hard to find parts, let me check the progress, I'll call you back", me, "That is not okay, I need something started", them: "So sorry, I'll make sure our guy calls you in the morning." ... Nothing Wednesday: Them: "Hey sorry this is just a hard truck, we've ordered some parts, it will be a few days until we get them", Me, "Great, which parts could you not find?" Them: " I don't know, I'll go check and call you back" ... Nothing Friday: Same thing 4th week: I'm done, Wednesday I go pick up some of the parts, Friday, I go pick up the truck and the rest of some of the parts All that was done in 1 month was an oil change Very nice in person but poor service"

"Came here for 1 steer seal and bearings replacement on my SEMI. No offense to the guy but Technician was very slow, seemed like not enough experience. Maybe other guys in the shop are better Idk. In extremely expensive California this job cost $390 with parts and labor. This shop changed me $628. 3 hrs of labor $140 in hr. May be that's why they are so slow. There is other shops in the area, do your research before you come to this one."
