"After having an unfortunate situation wherein the price of our rental vehicle did not reflect a large discount that we had applied at the time of making the online reservation, my wife and I were sent through a maze of phone calls over several days with many promises that were unkept in attempts to get a refund. Finally, we were put in touch with Amy, the Area Manager, for Utah Budget/Avis who took on our fight as though it were her own. She called me on a Saturday morning, spent several days working through their system and had the issue resolved in 2 business days. Amy was a breath of fresh air and a fighter in our corner. She displayed the highest level of customer service which had been completely non-existant in the representatives we had dealt with on our own prior to contacting her. Thank you Amy for your tenacity in standing up for your customers."

"Very poor. It was virtually impossible to contact anyone. Frustrating. Also they charged a cleaning fee which made the price ridiculous. I've never been charged for that after multiple rentals through other companies. Never again."
