They somehow got my Natioal Rent a Car loyalty # and put that on the rental agreement, I called the Enterprise number when I didn't receive my points and they said there was nothing they could do. So I just lost the point Enterprize points. Another disapointing encounter with Enterprize last several it was no cars available. Going back to Hertz."

"Unfortunately the employee Steven is extremely undertrained. If your a employee of a business you should actually understand said business. This person acts like he understands and goes through the motions. But is at a deficit in the knowledge department. Here he is standing looking as if he is working. I would skip renting from here, until they find better trained employees to work the front desk .- UPDATE - I received a call from a women named Chad. She stated she is the area manager. Although she responded to this review seeming helpfull. She informed me I will no longer be able to rent from Enterprise because I left a negative review. Be prepared if you leave a negative review, they are actively banning you from renting."
