"Mike is such a nice guy he was able to immediately go out and help my teenager with her truck when her tire came off on the southern parkway. He went above and beyond to make sure that she was gonna be safe to drive her truck away. Rates are amazing for the work that he did. Ill definitely call him if and when i need roadside service or to bring my veichles to his shop for regular maintenance. I know ill be getting good quality work. Hes honest about the work that veichles may need and doesnt do shotty work. If i could give him 10 stars i would."

"I requested someone to come out and see my car and they never came. I spoke with them on the phone and they said they would come out that afternoon. I was then told to text my address to them. I waited home all day and even contacted then again, and no responses. It’s been almost a week. Whoever is going to respond from the company with a whole pathetic excuse, save it. If you’re a 24/7 service then be one. It’s unprofessional to not respond to your customers and not appear when you said you would."
