"My family just moved here and I am so happy we found this office. My husband and I as well as our 2 kids (3 and 5) come here. The office always answers the phone quickly. My daughter just had her first cavity filled and they were so great with her. I also appreciate that they said parents can always stay with kids and they are a super open office. I wanted an office where I could always stay with my kids."

"Dr. Buchanan and the staff at An Apple A Day Dentistry are professional and always make me feel welcome. I have been going to this office for several years and I have always been happy with the service. Dr. Buchanan goes above and beyond making sure I am comfortable during procedures (I recently had a partial crown). I highly recommend An Apple A Day Dentistry."

"I truly miss my last dentist from up north. After my cap fell off last night, I felt compelled to share my experience. Reviewing my history, you’ll notice I typically offer positive feedback or none at all if I’m not satisfied. Over a couple of years, I underwent various procedures, attempting to embrace upsells like full teeth castings and sleep machines for teeth grinding. I promptly paid in cash for all the work and rarely voiced complaints. However, I faced challenges, including a failed root canal, a tooth extraction followed by a bridge that instantly fell, another failed root canal on a different tooth, and eventually being referred to a specialist. In the end, I had to remove the second bridge and opt for implants. Despite enduring a year of pain and toothless periods, I proceeded with the four implants as suggested. Unfortunately, the in-house dentist caps, they boasted with a fast turnaround, became loose over time, causing discomfort and requiring frequent adjustments. Despite my efforts to address the issues, the caps continued to break, and I never received a discount or an offer for a new cap. Frustrated, I sought help from a new dentist who successfully fixed three problematic caps. The new dentist, while generally hesitant to criticize others’ work, pointed out significant flaws, including large gaps making flossing difficult and food-catching holes. Finally, last night, right before a crucial meeting, my last cap, coincidentally an eyetooth, fell off and cracked. I’m dissatisfied with the work’s quality and the lackluster response to fixing it. Consequently, I felt compelled to share my experience. While acknowledging good intentions, it seems some practitioners are more skilled, and in my opinion, these practitioners fall short. On a side note, my daughter, who half-heartedly referred me, has also faced similar problems here and has left. Sometimes you don’t realize how unsatisfactory a situation is until you find a better alternative. Fortunately, my new dentist is significantly better, though the bar was disappointingly low in my previous case. The only way I would ever consider changing this review is if they stepped up and covered the costs for the shoddy caps on my implant and the failing bridge before the implants. The worst part of their service is building their own caps in-house, and each one failed remarkably fast. I believe that’s their biggest flaw. I have some pictures of the work I’m going to post. Perhaps after my big meeting is over, I’ll calm down and consider taking this review down. Even so, I haven’t given a one-star rating. I wonder what it would take to give a one star lol"

"Always felt like they were too aggressive (like they needed to make that expensive office payment) and when I finally got a second opinion for my family and myself, I found out I was right. Our new dentist is very good and honest and it turns out our teeth were fine."
