The crew wasted no time to perform the alignment while other crew members got the tires readied for installation. Rikker, the assistant manager worked with me to ensure that technical issues I was having with my financing app went without a hitch. "We were on a road trip to St. George and noticed a grinding noise coming from the rear of our vehicle so we thought we'd get it checked out prior to our trip back home. Although it was within 2 hours of them closing on a Saturday they went right to work and went out of their way to find the parts we needed for a brake and rotor repair/replacement. They also noticed our tires were worn so much in some places that it'd be dangerous to drive, so they again went to work to get the tires we needed delivered. The work went past their close time but they didn't complain and made sure everything was taken care of before sending us on our way. We're grateful that they were willing to help us and they were very friendly and helpful."

"Today I stopped in to see if they could balance and rotate my tires. The guy at the counter named Dallas was super helpful and said he would get me right in. They pulled our jeep in and 2 of their techs jumped on it and had me handled while I waited. Oh and for the ladies... my wife used their restroom and remarked on how nice it was to have a clean restroom. Kudos to ya'll for that one too. (Happy wife... Happy Life) Super good people and very helpful. I've bought most of my tires from Big O.
