"If you're walking in the door of this business, you're wanting better for your feet, back, and knees. Comfort comes at a price, and although this shoe store is expensive, your body will thank you in the long run. They sell different brands but I did my research on Brooks shoes and wanted to try them on before buying them, being they are expensive. When I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly associate who asked what she could do for me. I gave her three different shoe styles and my size, and she quickly returned with them. I sat in a chair while she put them on my feet, similar to the old ways a shoe store used to operate. She informed me about the shoe and insoles that would help with negative energy. I am going on a 30+ day vacation to Australia and will walk a lot. I need comfort. I have tried other brands, but nothing has lasted or been comfortable. I am in my early 50s and need as much comfort as possible. I have been wearing the shoes and insoles for a week. I wear them while on the treadmill, and I don't have knee pain. I went with the Brooks Ghost Max and the Noene insole. The insole has a 30 day, return if you don't like it. The staff was friendly and informative, and they were not pushy."
