Carrabba's Italian Grill

"I ordered a to go order with curbside delivery. I got there to Carrabba's Italian grill, in Mesa, about a half hour after I ordered my food. I called them to let them know I was sitting outside in the drop off parking spot. They stated they would send someone right out with my order. I then sat there for 30 minutes more. When I neither heard from them or saw them, I finally called them again. They then acted like I had just got there and hadn't called them earlier. I got home with my salmon, potatoes and soup. Everything was cold. It wasn't even the slightest bit warm. I only live 10 minutes away. This was the first time and it will be the last time I ever go or order anything from this restaurant. Zero stars if I could give it. ~ Cindy S"

"Cory the manager came to our table twice to chat and see how we were doing. Nice and personable guy. Autumn our waitress was very accommodating and always smiled no matter how many questions we asked. Lastly, Weston, the Host, said he was new but it certainly did not show! He will be management material soon. Food was mostly good for the 4 of us. Go for the service and good eats."

"Love this place! It’s obvious that it under good management. The entire restaurant is super clean, the staff is professional and friendly (they like their jobs) and the food is fantastic! I highly recommend stopping here to eat. We had a party of 7 and were seated within 15 mins."

"The location did have some upgrades on the inside but it seems that every time I have dined in I have been disappointed by the food. This time was worse! I ordered the pollo Maria and one of my chicken pieces was undercooked. When this was brought to the waiters attention he took the chicken off my plate with the assistance of my husband and left the plate on the table in front of me. The uncooked chicken juices mixed in with the sauces and made everything on the plate inedible. The waiter had the kitchen remake the chicken and when he brought it out he did not offer to bring me new silverware to eat with.. Honestly disgusting and disappointing. In the photos you can see the discoloration in the sauce from the undercooked chicken and a piece of the chicken that was still red on the plate as well."

"We went Saturday around 3 P.M. The place is very clean and staff very friendly. Our Waiter did a good service put attention to the details and the best she wasn't every 10 minutes asking if everything was good (which I prefer). If you haven't tried a Prickly Pear Margarita THIS is the place to go!!!!! We started with the chicken soup. Great chicken portion I didn't finished it even when was VERY good because wanted to order main dish and dessert. We ordered a lasagna. A small part of the top of it was a little bit over exposed to heat because had a part I couldn't cut but was good. We also ordered the shrimps with pasta and steak. Perfect cooked, well seasoned. The music good, was according to the environment. Also had the Tiramisú and this is the best I have tried around. I'm giving 5 stars in all. And will go back because would love to try the pizza. Loved the place!!!"
