"Tonight I went to sonic drive in and placed my order, about 40 min later I ask if my food was coming , the manager got rude and showed a little racism I was paid for when I placed my order from the start. It's was not busy because I was the only one in the parking lot. Poor customer service, she should not be in management at all. 2/9/2024"

"I love sonic just not this location. This location is famous for giving you what they give you and then act like it’s your fault they gave you someone else’s order or your fault the employee taking orders enters it wrong. 3 out of 3 times they’ve got my order wrong and wouldn’t even give fresh fries when I had to return for the correct burgers. There’s nothing more frustrating than being talked to like your dumb from a rude fast food employee."

"Took our order, lady taking our order was rude, stall 6, date 9,24,23 around 8pm. Waited 30 minutes for food. Food was incorrect even after I tried to correct it with the lady taking the order. Waited longer for a remake and was offered nothing to improve the experience. Worked as a carhop for 3 years myself within the past 5 years. The car hop himself was nice. But if management can't help make a customer happy then I don't want to take my business there."

"Tonight I experienced the worst food quality and customer service. I don’t write reviews but I feel the need to tonight. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo for my toddler. While the staff was laughing at me, he handed me the smallest and hard like a rock sandwich. I literally cracked a piece of the dry chicken patty off. I was wondering why the staff was laughing at me as he handed me the bag but when I got home and unwrapped the sandwich I realized why. I didn’t feed it to my daughter obviously. But it makes me disappointed that they (Sonic) got my full payment for the combo which was $12+ bucks and I had to throw away the food. Not a good feeling being a parent just trying to feed their daughter. No worries though, I made her some food at home."
