"Flower prices nearly doubled. A dozen roses usually goes for $12.99 here. Now it’s $14.99 for 6 roses and $21.99 for a dozen. I wish they had a special offer for a member who buys flowers weekly here. Update: 2/6/24 I came to buy a dozen roses for my wife just because. Forget Valentine’s Day. Then I come to see because of this holiday … the same exact flowers are $24.99!? There should be something for members who have shopped here for the past 10 years. This is sick."

"The staff was very helpful in a different way other than shopping. My cell was low and I was waiting for a ride so normally some stores won't help in this way but they found a small area for me to charge my phone as I waited for my ride."

"My husband went Safeway near us bought me soup this was on Wednesday of this week. I made some of the soup it tasted odd so I checked the date went bad July 29th 2023 and the second soup went bad June 22 2023. This shows someone is NOT doing there job on checkeing the dates on packages."

"Today I went to the Safeway at 2940 W Valencia. After paying for the groceries I had to reach over the counter to retrieve the bags. There was an employee standing right there who did nothing to help me. I am a very short person. I thought he was a customer waiting for someone. When I went to my car to put the bags in back, I saw a bag containing groceries that I had not bought. I went back to the store to return them. Both the cashier and the man standing at the counter said they did not put he bags in my cart. That was true because I had to do it. I expected an apology for the lack of service , especially from the employee standing there doing nothing. The question is: Do you train these employee? Respectfully, Alba Egger"

"So last Saturday I purchased on of your own ready made meals that says it was good until today which is the 6th. When I opened it up the smell could gag a maggot. Is this how you made your money? Produce is just as bad. Those melon bowls won't last two days before turning to goo. And I don't even wanna go into how bad the bakery has gone downhill. I've been a lifelong customer but after this no more. I bet you guys sold rancid beef to the BIA back in the day."
