"I have heard very good things about different bartenders here like Star. Unfortunately when I visited this establishment, the bartender I encountered was the old bald guy Travis. He was extremely rude, condescending, and disrespectful. He's the reason I chose to leave. I'm in the process to moving to Laughlin and as a local this will be a place I will choose to never go back to again. I talked to management on the way out and he only wanted to make excuses for Travis' behavior. I would not recommend this bar to anyone due to the fact that management condones disrespectful behavior towards customers."

"Travis the bartender is extremely belittling and condescending. I walked in asking some questions about prices. He rested his chin on his knuckle and said 'well this is fun'. After that I cordially walked away without starting an argument. He proceeded to talk down to me as I walked away and said 'have a great night'. Hopefully for the sake of safety he understands his roll as a bartender and can maturely withhold snide remarks. Plenty of people drinking and some condescending comments won't necessarily end well."

"Love this little place. TRAVIS OWENS is the BEST! What’s crazy is we do not even get anything for free but are treated like polished gold by him when we visit from Boulder City. Drinks are not too strong nor too weak but perfect, atmosphere is good but again, what’s makes it great is the people! I would give this a 5 star rating however, there is a lady who we called today to ask if Travis was working so we could book a room, drive down and have a fun date night. We only wanted to go if he was working tonight (Tuesday 9/19/23) . I was very polite to her and she blatantly hung up on me and was incredibly rude… not sure why you want to treat people this way… maybe have her train with Travis. The Hideout easily gets a 5 star but because of this ladies rudeness and or intolerance over the phone she got them a 3 star. I don’t care if you are incredibly busy, I wanted only to know if he was working. She obviously does not understand “give them the pickle” customer service. We will do a date night in Laughlin another day when we know Travis is working! Kev"

"This place is close to 5 stars but I didn't eat so I can't truly give it 5. But my server was good. They have lots of tvs. Cheapish drinks. They have a patio out front which is nice when in the sun or shade depending on the time of the year."
