"Renting a refrigerator out of the time I been renting and paying I had nothing but problems I haven’t even been able to really use it it’s like I only really had it for 5 months total they’ve taken it to get serviced 4 times not very happy but very quick for payment over all friendly ppl but not a happy customer"
"Don’t plan your day around the schedule they give you because they won’t be on time, they won’t even be within 2 hours of your time frame. Then when you call, the girl will laugh at the fact you told her you have children to pick up and it’s now 2 hours past your time of delivery. I also confirmed with them earlier in the day on the time since it was supposed to be scheduled the day before and they messed that up too. So call to get an update after they are late she says they are on their way, an hour later (I live 20 mins or less away) they are still not here. Call back and she laughs because she obviously loves her job. This is how they treat repeat good standing customers. Awful customer service, inability to keep schedule, and rude."
"Amazing looking store after renovations about a year or so ago. The staff is so good as thier nice and very helpful. Definitely come by here."
"They will harass you between payments even though you are current on your payments. It’s like they want to and get off on harassing and talking down to people to the point where they will make up reasons to do so. Disgusting people work here with horrible customer service skills and blame the customers for things that aren’t even happening ! Penny is the worst one. Her energy really gives off unwashed and musty."
"They have a very poor understanding of customer service at this Casa Grande location. They are very unprofessional when leaving messages, they don't give vital information regarding the missed call, like who's calling? What was the purpose of the call? Their tone and demeanor are very rude and demanding. For example If I were to leave a voicemail I would state my name, and I would leave a detailed message on why I'm calling Do not leave a voicemail demanding a callback, without telling me who you are and why you're calling."
