"This location is the worst. They must hate their customers because finding things are impossible. Burritos singles sitting in the middle freezer, packs of burritos on the other side of the store. Items scattered everywhere. Why? It shouldn't be this hard to organize a store. Do better."
"Never have I seen such rude employees in my lifetime. Just left the Sun Lakes store without my groceries and will never return. Never have I been confronted by a checkout clerk and then when I go to customer service to speak to a manager, the same clerk saw me and asked if I was looking for a manager at which time she went to his office and spoke to him first before I could explain what had happened. When I realized he was not interested in resolving the situation I stated I would address it with a district manager. He then told me he didn’t appreciate me insinuating that he wouldn’t handle it. Unbelievable!"
