"1/05/24, around 1:30 PM. $35 for a whopper, a junior whopper ( 3 inch in diameter), a crispy wrap ( literally two bites), and a chicken classic sandwich made with "just defrosted" piece of chicken - they were edible but not worth more than $3. The worst were the fries ( extremely salty), left them barely touched. The older guy at the counter couldn't care less, looked bored and bothered ( i understand boring, there were just 2 other customers there, trying to deal with the generous helping of salt). Did not know BK stoop so low in food and customer service but soars so high when comes to prices. Never again i will go to a BK."

"This store runs like a joke. Not the managers fault as they are typically brought from another store and have to run two stores for the pay of one store. The staff is extremely overworked and constantly under staffed. It's the district managers job to help those situation but they fail on that hardcore."

"Quite literally the WORST Burger King in America I’ve never had such horrible service this Burger King in Walmart is pathetic. The employees consistently close 2-3 hours early and kick everyone out of the restaurant, they didn’t honor my manufacturers coupon for a discount on meal all because you could tell it would be a few seconds of extra work for the employee, we had HAIR in our food and they only agreed to remake half the order. Also they never turn their TV on anymore most likely to attract less customers because god forbid you have those when running a restaurant!!! Customers should be treated with respect not like they are a burden. If you hate customer service so much find a different job."

"NO stars would be better. I have also called this location to report my concerns however there is No answer. I tried to give them a chance to fix this concern. I was here around 1830 October 10, 2021. I request two whopper meals both with cheese. Meal 1. made their way small size. Meal 2. no pickles-no salt on the fries-drink with no ice, and 4piece mozzarella sticks. Come time to pay had to repeat my entire order. Received my drinks and paid than asked to pull forward. I am now the fourth car in this lovely line. Some how I get my food before the other three cars and knew it would be wrong. Yea I checked as I can smell the mozzarella sticks smell burnt yet seemed okay. Once home I have a better view. No cheese on one whopper, big pieces of onions, fries full of salt(written no salt) and broke up. Lastly the food is cold. This is a new location and was my first and last time visiting. I realize there is a labor shortage however it is time to think proactively as the gentleman taking the orders, taking pay & was also the runner. Close the doors for the night and send employees to under staff locations! Seemed like it was Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder steering this ship!"
