"Placed an order through subways website. Food was never delivered and had the manager from closing yell at me and refuse to refund the money that subway not Doordarsh is responsible for. Whoever worked last night and talked to customers like that should be demoted or fired. Refused to give name."

"The sweet lady at Greenfield and University who serves me each time I go meticulously toasts my sandwich exactly as much as I like it, overly toasted for most, but perfect for me. She really cares about her customers and that they leave there satisfied. She's very friendly and considerate. I go out of my way for that location for the friendliness and service I can always count on. A huge thank you!"
