"We ordered 2 walleye fish dinners and got 1 and a cod dinner. I ordered a mini concrete mixer and got a medium in a cup that had a hole in it which leaked all over. All in all I've had much better service!"
"This review ends on a positive note. I had an issue that an associate made right for me :) I went to the Culver’s off of Greenfield and the 60 today after a long day of work (I worked 12 hours straight without eating food before work). I was so tired I had to have my husband drive me home. My husband wanted to make the day better, so he brought me to Culver’s to get me a custard. I normally get a cherry and Oreo concrete. Well, it was handed to me and it was dark outside so I couldn’t see the color of it. We drove away, and I took a bite and was so excited. Unfortunately, it was rushed. It was practically plain vanilla, it wasn’t mixed at all and didn’t taste how I expected. I don’t really like vanilla, but would normally eat it anyway. It had just been a bad day. I went in and waited in the line and tried to ask as kindly as I could if I could get my concrete remade and the gentleman at the counter (he has long dark hair, pale skin, and blue eyes) was so kind to me and didn’t make me feel like I was being ridiculous. Even though it was busy (it was busy in the drive through, not inside; he didn’t abandon his post at the register), he took the time to personally ensure that the concrete was remade and not rushed. I really appreciated that. It made my night better. I really wish I had looked at his name tag so he could get the recognition from management he deserves."
"Culver's has pretty decent service and get you in and out quickly. Their regular burger is dressed well, but they over salt. The sodium content of their beef patties tasted more like I dumped a shaker in my mouth. Cut back on the sodium guys and use a better grade of grass fed beef. Usually the curds are good but this time again salty, and didn't taste fresh. Maybe Culver's is cutting corners with economics? Culver's unless I've no choice is a pass for me. Quality is like Wendy's below a 4. Not worth it."
