"Terrible! 0 stars if I could. We stopped in to order 2 sandwiches. The store was empty. There were no customers in there. We placed our order and we stood there for 20 minutes while they finished what seemed like 10+ other orders, for online I’m assuming. I finally asked what is taking so long, it’s just us here! The manager lady in a pink shirt apologized and said she was sorry for the inconvenience- the man behind the counter making the food in glasses and a backwards hat shouts, “I’m not, respect is earned lady - you don’t just get it around here!” What business would want to employ associates that speak to customers like that? Will not be returning here. I would hope for the other customers, that show up to pay for the food you make, which keeps your location in business, are not treated the way I was today."
"Really great service and workers. Came in late last night (3-14-24) and they quickly made me my sandwhich so politely. Great clean resturant and friendly attitudes and atmosphere. Would absolutely come again and recommend this place for anyone who wants a good sandwich."
"Love coming to this firehouse. The staff are always so friendly and they make my sandwich just right. Your new manager seems to have cleaned up the place. Harmony is a wonderful ray of sun shine on a bad day."
"I've been usually really happy with the food and service we get other than the bread becoming soggy when we get home but we usually over look it. My husband hates eating here because of it. Yesterday the only reason I ordered was because it was my birthday and I got a free sub. When I got it, it had a couple of bell pepper chunks and some onions on in it which I did not ask for. It seems as if they fell into a different veggie tray possibly. I ended up throwing half of the sub away as I can not eat raw onions and it was mixed in with the lettuce. Employees need to ensure they aren't mixing the veggies in the trays. It's a one off but still makes me hesitant to go back."
"The meatball sub was an absolute masterpiece. Will definitely return and have been bragging about it all night. Not soggy. Took about 10 mins. Went at about 4:45 on a Tuesday. It was very clean"
