"Sitting in the parking right outside this location after enjoyably consuming their regular fry, and can’t help but mention how pleasant, friendly, and appreciable the customer service that was delivered tonight. The fries were cooked to a golden crisp and delish; great fries or not, the welcoming environment that employees provide to guests really sets a standard on values that a company instills in their workers. Tonight, all the gentleman working here displayed unconditional exceptional service, which these days, is shockingly rare! Everyone there on shift this night, should absolutely be acknowledged for that. THANK YOU."
"Would give zero if I could paid for a burger through the web app paid for it and all I got were fries and will take a week to get a refund. Wouldn’t recommend this location to any one. Terrible quality control and customer service!"
"Super friendly and helpful staff. We did have to ask for a table to be cleaned, but they did it quickly and without hesitation. I really like the over indulgence of fries, but also the raw jalapenos is what makes me choose to stop here over other places. The staff was super friendly and helpful...just very welcoming."
"As soon as we walked in we were greater with the best customer service the man behind the counter was awesome! Food was delicious and it got pretty busy for a Monday lunch service. Food is great always love the Xtra fries in the bag, it's why we keep coming back!"
"I Have to say McDonald has ten times better fries. I don't know what the big deal about this location was. I Agree they cook the food fresh but i think they have not discovered salt or seasonings, the meat was flavorless. Service was amazing. Staff was awesome. But food was not worth the $35 for 2 burgers and fries. Save some cash and visit McDonald or sonic. With better tasting food. I do have to give them credit for burger sizes they are monster huge burgers. But lack flavor in meat."
