"We got there for lunch at 11:15am. They weren't even ready to serve. They looked like they just opened. It wasn't very apitizing seeing that most of their meat products are heated and poured out of a bag. Along with all their sauces. Very highly processed food. For the price, go to a sit down Real Mexican food restaurant."

"I have been a big fan of Costa Vita for years. since I first tried it in Utah. I had the grilled chicken salad at this location. The salad dressing tasted watered down but other than that, it was very good. My daughter had the tortilla soup and chips with queso. The queso was quite thin, not as sick as it has been in the past. It seems like they are cutting back on their quality which was a disappointment."

"Love their food. For those who don't like their salsa sweet be careful, there is one spicy green salsa but then there is a green salsa that is sweet so ask to taste them before getting it on your burrito, otherwise you will ruin your food. The burritos are large enough to share."

"Very disappointed. I had been here a couple times before. Today the food was terrible! I took my dad to a doctor's appointment footfall. He's currently living in a rehab where he hasn't been eating well. So I wanted to take him somewhere he would enjoy and eat well. I asked him where he wanted to go and he chose Costa Vida. He said he wanted chicken enchiladas and that they had good ones. We both ordered chicken enchiladas with red sauce and black beans and rice. The guy gave me the wrong beans. I didn't complain. I just wanted dad to have a good meal. I set him up to eat while I got our drinks. I got back to the table and could tell by the look on his face he was disappointed. I took a bite and seriously couldn't figure out what it tasted like. The best way to describe it is it tasted like cardboard! I took 2 bites of the enchilada trying to figure out what the taste was. It was the red sauce that had the rank taste. I took one bite of the rice. It was dry and had no flavor. I tried a bite of the beans but, was not impressed. When I had come here before the place was packed. There were only about 5 tables being occupied. If this is now the norm for the food I can see why it was so dead. The music was so loud we couldn't carry on a conversation. I had to go outside to make a phone call. It was such a disappointment. My dad ate more than I did. He took the rest back to the rehab because he said it might be better than what they are serving. I have been there when his tray comes and sometimes you can't recognize what it is. One time it was supposed to be Sweet and Sour pork it looked like tuna on brown rice. So I understand why he took it back. It would have to be pretty bad too have the enchiladas as a back up. I feel bad he didn't get a good meal to eat."
