Jack in the Box

"Never go Inside because yea look at the place but I went through the drive thru yesterday night at around 10 and always put in a mobile order now since the employees rush me through my order and act like it’s a inconvenience I come there to get food lol. They answer the drive thru “what u want” and I tell them it’s a pickup for my name and he jus says “pull up” and I do and after a couple minutes some Hispanic guy comes up give me my food and let me tell u our food was not packaged right And then I say thank you and he just stares at me rudely and says nothing. I ordered sauce on the app but I already knew they didn’t put it in and we checked, they didn’t! My bf has to go inside and he said that he had to yell to get someone upfront and some Hispanic lady comes up to him and is rude about the sauces. No customer service at all. Such a disappointment. Also, EVERYTHING was undercooked. I’ve been here multiple times and SOMEONE has a issue with not letting the Fryer cook the whole time. Overall just awful experience whenever those two ppl are there . I hope they get talked to about how they act. I know it’s a bad job but don’t work it if u going to act like a customer is a inconvenience? Jack needs to get there training together."

"This is my favorite Mesa Jack in The Box because no matter who is at the drive through window, I get treated with kindness and respect. Those people have great customer service skills for sure! (Just went there Feb 16, 2024 at 9:15pm)."

"First of all I want to say Jacque (Jackie?) was the coolest employee that works here. I come here all the time and this was a first time meeting her. When she greeted me through the speaker I could hear her smile through the phone. Lots of fast food employees don’t utilize that skill. It set the tone for the remainder of my experience, which was very pleasant. She was super friendly and even told us to try the good good sauce and it was life changing. New favorite sauce. Hard to describe it but its like the jack in the box honey mustard mixed with bbq and a bit of something else delicious. Try it. Thanks Jacque! "I was on foot before 10:00 p.m. and I attempted to enter your dining room and it was locked all four of your employees just looked at me and stared also won't take my menu order at the drive-thru because I'm not in a vehicle so I guess I'll just go hungry tonight your door says you close at 10:00 p.m. I'm not sure why they made that executive decision but thanks a lot for ruining my night....it's fri btw also who justa human they the door and acts like they're not there"

"This Jack In The Box is located in a area that sadly is unfortunately in a area inundated with homeless vagrants that typically hang out on the exterior of this restaurant and even use it as a temporary sleeping lodge. If you can get past this unfortunate issue that has plagued this restaurant for quite some time, you will find yourself greeted by its employees with quick and friendly service. The food is hot and made to satisfy your appetite morning, noon, or night. The restaurant is open 24hrs a day and as Jack would have it, a variety of fast food cuisine created to be served anytime you want which is great for those who prefer to eat breakfast at night or anytime if the day they want. For the cost, it is economical and a benefit to your wallet. Thank you Jacks Team of employees at this location for your speed, as well as your customer service."
