"It's a ghetto 7-Eleven in a bad area. Lots of potholes in the parking lot, and don't be surprised if you see tin foil on the ground. Workers are pretty cool though from my experience."

"Awful customer service. My children and I rode our bikes to the store. Purchased over 10 items, most of them drinks and the man wouldn't bag our items in the sturdy bags that were right behind the counter, he gave us cheap easy breakable plastic. He said the paper bags are strictly for online orders. Know your area, you're located in a poor neighborhood, I'm positive we aren't the only ones who travel on foot to get there. Serve your customers."

"The younger guys working the graveyard shift are the only reason why I decided to give an extra star, they have great customer service skills and I appreciate their professionalism. However the old man with long hair has made me extremely uncomfortable to the point where I hesitate to even enter the store when he's there due to very disturbing remarks he's made multiple times. Usually I decide it isn't worth it so I end up going elsewhere"

"I go to this 7-Eleven everyday, seeing it being right down the street from where I live. The owner is awesome but some of the staff treat customers badly. I seen the old guy with long hair not sure what his name is yelling at an older black lady for no apparent reason at all telling her get out of the store for no reason just because he didn't like the way she looked. The owner stepped in and told the lady she didn't have to go nowhere that she can continue shopping, thumbs up to the owner I believe the owners name is Numor. The owner's the only reason I gave up for a star. And the other night when I went in and the one female that works there,the only one I've ever seen working there treated us like we were there to rob the place, this could be because of the area the stores in or the fact that a bunch of homeless people were hanging out out front but whatever."

"Employee keeps rubbing his nose and looks like he's on some sort of upper. Regardless, it's unsanitary and a possible spreading of disease when bodily fluids are coming into contact with drinks, food, etc. Also showing signs of paranoia and picking nose. This is not some place you want to get clean foods and services. Sorry, move onto the next 7-11 if you want to keep your health. 23rd Aug 2017. 10:00~ p.m. (edit: it is now a while later (couple weeks) and I've returned only twice, in fear of encountering the same employee again. To my pleasant surprise I saw a familiar face. This young, cocky man was nowhere to be found. Customer service at this little North Sunrise treasure has been restored AFAIK. Will upgrade to a 5-star upon confirmation his absence wasn't just a fluke."
