Jack in the Box

"I was given a coupon for an order that failed to give me my sauces and a sandwich. I came here to redeem this coupon and the person at the window accused me of using a fake coupon. He then asked another associate who confirmed it was a real voucher. I asked for a medium meal because that was my original order ut he denied me because he said the voucher was only for a small. It takes a lot for me to get upset but I should have at least been able to redeem the voucher for my meal as it says no size on the slip. Then I get home and my drink is half empty. As you can see the lid is unpunctured. I will NEVER be going back to Jack in the box. I was getting them almost weekly, but I'll be finding another place to eat."

"Went thru drive thru Christmas AM at 10:57. Polite man started my order in drive thru and it was taken over by a female that interrupted him. I ordered 2 #4's with large vanilla shakes as drinks. Also ordered spicy ckn sandwich with no tomatoes and #27 with a coke. Pulled up to window and the male employee was friendly, female employee was standoff-ish as if I was creating an inconvenience. Complimented her nails and wish them both a merry Xmas. The male was the only one to say it back. I pulled forward to make sure everything was there. I noticed there were NO fries and we had received a bacon Swiss buttery jack (didn't order that sandwich). Circled back around and before I could tell them male over speaker what was wrong, the female interrupts him and says "we'll give it to u for free even tho u didn't order it. Just pull forward please." No, fries COME with the combos. I explain this to her and she says "ma'am, I asked u if the order correct after I repeated it." I was SHOCKED. I gave her the sandwich back, even tho they didn't ask and asked again why fries WERENT included in the COMBO I ordered. She reiterated that I said everything was correct. I PAID AGAIN FOR FRIES even tho it's INCLUDED IN THE COMBO. And then she said she couldn't give me a receipt for the refund for the bacon burger I ordered. Her response was "check your account." As she processing the charge for the fries, she mumbled something to the male coworker and I didn't say a word. I am BLOWN away that this is a behavior she thinks is acceptable to customers AND coworkers, ESPECIALLY to someone who was SO kind to her. It's Christmas, work on your attitude. Tried calling twice when I got home TO EXPLAIN TO SOMEONE ELSE that fries are INCLUDED with the #4, but no answer. I can't imagine having this type of personality working in my dental office. They wouldn't make it thru my hiring process."

"Dine in says open @5am yet wasn’t open at 6 when arrived. I have a truck with a trailer and couldn’t access the drive thru attempted to knock and call and yet no one answered, worker comes from back door exit and goes into his car and just chills there."

"New complaint about this place. I have to order specific food if I'm going to eat fast food, but this is the first time I have barely received any food for more than $8. What a jip!!!!!"
