"THE fried chicken tasty delicious, but the sides were not that tasty. The rice was hard and not soft. The restaurant has decor. The front desk register attendants didn't listen to me at all, I asked for mashed potatoes they gave me fries. Mainly the fried chicken was the best tasty thing at this restaurant."
"I ordered 2bucket of 10pc spicy chicken total of 20 pcs. I told to the cashier to lessen the leg part. Make it 3 legs and 7thighs He told me we can’t do that. Okay i told him can you make 4 legs and 6 thighs. And he said yes. But when i got the bucket its 5legs and 5 thighs each bucket. What the heck jollibee your leg part was so small and its not cook evenly. Next time before i left your counter i will double check the chicken to make sure that’s my order was right. If i were you don’t sell the leg part it’s not appropriate for the price! And I waited for 45 mins before my order was ready instead of 15 mins. The lady who packing the To Go’s was so rude! Breast part is better than leg part! I hope there’s another branch of jollibee in Az. Jollibee here is so pricey and all the portions was so small. We’re not in the Philippines lol! But the spaghetti and peach mango pie was good. Except for the leg part of chicken joy it’s so tiny and not cook! My kids didn’t eat all the leg part."
"From Tucson we drove here for lunch just to had a chicken joy unfortunately no spicy. But they had peach mango pie. Had my favorite pineapple juice. Place is not too crowded. Cashier is polite and nice."
"The service is terrible! The soda machine was broken with no ice. We asked them for ice we were just ignored. The food took over 20 minutes to come out. The spaghetti tastes like they added 5 pounds of sugar to it. The chicken was just bland, no flavor at all. We ordered the spicy chicken and were given regular. When we went to ask them about it they just stared at us as if we were speaking in Alien. We will never be back. This place is worse than popeyes or even kfc."
"Best fried chicken, I really really enjoyed it!! I have to drive 40 minutes for it for now I will. I just wish they had more locations in AZ. Seriously, it's better than any of those known other places. My go-to fried chicken place, 3rd time here. People are super friendly and helpful too."
