"The food is nothing to look forward to. Kentucky Fried Chicken is so much better it's not fair. The atmosphere needs work. The interior is drab and unimaginative. I wouldn't want to see it on a cloudy day. The employees I think are influenced by the decor because although they are friendly and helpful, they all look tired or like they're just finally getting over a bad cold. Nothing else can be said."
"I ordered my meal. Paid $62 for it. Bag was overstuffed so I couldn't tell what we got or didn't. Got home, missing one entire meal Call and was told, "We can put you in a customer complaint box so you can get it next time." I said no, I'm coming back and want it now. Came back and was treated fairly, just left to wait fifteen minutes. I got the product, checked it, and it was still wrong. Went back inside and just get a half hearted "I'm sorry." How hard is it to do your job properly?"
"Nice inside and out . Staff greeted me immediately, then it all fell apart. As I waited 10 minutes for my food I observed 2 drive thru customers come in and complain about wrong food they received. This should have been my first clue to check my NOW 15 minute order (6 pieces of chicken). Well of course I did not do that - to my surprise the 6 legs I ordered had mysteriously appeared as 6 chicken strips. Talk about a bummer and how about the cost difference. PSA - always check your To go / drive thru orders will in the parking lot."
"I've been going here for years now matter how many years go by management can never hire competent workers. If you go here you basically will get less food that is advertised on their website half the time, you'll always have to ask for extra sauce. You'd think they'd know how much you'd need. With rising prices the service and quality of the food has gone down. I really should have went to Wendy's or Chili's you can get more food there for the same price."
"Be careful on order! You order 3 piece but you get 2 pieces only. This is the 2nd time it happened to me. Horrible service and wait time typically if you dine in."
