"This Burger King is absolutely TERRIBLE and Disgusting! Whatever happened to ordering a Whopper Your Way? We, a party of 3 adults and 1 child, just had lunch there - what a mistake. We attempted to order at the register but was rudely alerted that the 6-digit code system is down and if we wanted to use the code we would have to use the mobile app. So we ordered the $22 (2) Whoppers, 2 Original Chicken Sandwiches (OCS) and (2) 8-piece Chicken Nuggets via the mobile app. What a Disaster that was - every single sandwich was prepared incorrectly. When we alerted the restaurant, the Management Person (younger lady hispanic) was quite unprofessional and attempted to show us on the monitor that it wasn't her fault the food was prepared incorrectly, decided to point fingers instead simply offer to remake the sandwich. Although, my sandwich was made incorrectly, I decided to eat mine. I mean how difficult is it to make a OCS with only lettuce and ketchup, one only lettuce. How difficult is it to make a whopper with only Mayo and Tomato? How about a Whopper with Cheese with No Tomato , No Ketchup? If you wanna know why Burger Kings restaurants are closing all over the country, and why BK now ranks only at #3, for the largest Fast-Food Brands - look no further than the Quality of Service and Food one will receive at this restaurant. In the middle of lunch hour, this restaurant dinning room is so empty - Why? We had to wipe our own table off with a napkin. The older manager with black hair and black glasses was too busy taking orders on the drive-thru than leading her team through lunch hour. She wouldn't even recognize us when we brought the sandwich back, instead waited for the other manager to acknowledge us - Looking over the reviews, this manager has been mentioned several times as being RUDE af and or unprofessional - why does she still have a job? I will not return to this BK anytime soon! When the food sucks, which it did, we should be compensated for the loss of time, discount, a free dessert or something - but the manager did nothing to make it right - just pointed fingers. Never Again BK!"

"The manager , who is a 50 to 60 year old woman named “Maria”, was so rude to me today for the last time. If this Burger King goes out of business she is directly responsible. When I pointed out to her an inconsistency I had experienced in hopes that it didn’t happen again she flew off the handle acting as if she had birthed the beef herself, and from the looks of her, this was very well possible. I was nothing but polite and only expressed how I wanted my food to be, which is her job to satisfy. Burger King on University , you should not have this idiot managing the drive thru window, much less the entire store. She belongs in the back counting boxes or scrubbing the toilets because she treats people like , and has treated me badly for the last time. I will not be back and between our softball team, my friends businesses and after church gatherings I/we/they will not be spending upwards of $600 at this location weekly. You have Maria to thank for that . In addition I will be sure to inform as many people as possible to not eat at this location until I see that she has been fired or at least is demoted . She obviously has a screw loose. Maria you are an ugly woman and a pathetic excuse for a fast food worker."

"The manager woman here at drive thru is extremely unprofessional and rude! She could have handled the situation better instead of belittling her customers. "It's not my problem or my mistake!" and "I'm not giving you a free burger!" We're her words when a customer forgot to say "no cheese" for his kid's burger. I'm disgusted with this lady and apparently many customers are too. She's bring this location down. She needs to be replaced."

"Rude service from the manager. I ordered my food off the broiler, even explained that I don't mind waiting for my food. The manager Marie tells me everything is fresh and put in the warming tables. I again asked for my food to be made fresh off the broiler not the warming table. She said no. I guess the Get it your way statement doesn't mean anything to her."

"I went to Burger King this morning and I am not aware of the fact that they stop using the codes unless you order them online. I ordered two croissants with the coffee but by my mistake I didn’t switch the coffee to a different beverage after I paid I had asked if there was any possible way that I could pay the difference For a soda but they wouldn’t. She was very rude and wouldn’t budge on me paying the difference for a soda. I pulled out of the drive-through to come in to ask if I could pay the difference for a soda, but she wanted to charge me full price instead this manager was very unprofessional very rude And I hate the fact that that’s the favorite Burger King I go to and she made it very hard for me to want to come back. Either company needs to be more lenient on accepting the codes inside the store or sometimes the manager should just help Customer out and help them with the soda, especially since I paid ."
