"Love the food. Can’t complain about taste. I ordered 16 piece family meal with 4 sides to go. It’s not inexpensive at $51.27 with tax. When we got it home and unpacked for the family it was 10 pieces (and not particularly big pieces). Called and let the manager Laura know. She’s going to give me a credit for food when I go back there. But like, it’s not my fault and it’s actually 12 miles from my house. Not really near where I live to get the food credit, just happened to be in the area. Just super super disappointing, annoying and just no - hey, we are sorry for our mistake. I would give 1 star because of service, but the food is good."
"Pollo Loco always smells so good when you enter their restaurants. Flame broiled chicken. My order was taken right away and filled quickly. They are never chintzy on the salsa. They gave me like 6 of each. Yum yum and extra lemon juice. I got the tortilla soup along with the Family 12 piece. The tortilla soup was deliciosa."
"Got back to the office to find out salad has cold old chicken and other 4 piece combo has Mac and cheese instead of mashed potatoes the drive through worker had zero patience and was clearly annoyed not my fault that’s your career choice! Otherwise that the new bowl is pretty decent"
"Asked for a nacho with retired beans. Received whole beans. Order no chicken no tomato no pico but I get a little cheese sauce. So disappointed. Plus the music was so very very loud. High pitch Mexican music."
