"We got 2 #7 Baconator meals The buns were dry and taste old the fries were horrible tasted like old grease, and fish left nasty taste The burger wasn't hot it was a bad experience from when we pulled up she just say what do you want, not welcome to Wendy's not anything, worse one I been too. My husband and I was both sick within a few hours..."
"Late night stopped to get a Baconator. The lady at the window was polite and helpful. Got my food pretty quickly. The food was hot, and my order was correct. Good experience"
"If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. My daughter ordered food through drive through and while she was driving away opened the bag of food and her hamburgers literally had no meat, just the bun. She went into store and asked for a refund and they refused. The people working even called police on her because she was demanding a refund. The took it out on a debit card, which money is taken out right away. However, they want the purchaser to wait 3-4 business days for a refund. Don't ever enter this establishment they are a rip off. Manger was also complicit in this he ordered the employees to call police."
"Typical fast food but upon walking up to the counter I witnessed an employee adding fries into a bag, then he reached back in and grabbed a fry and ate it. He took my order with the fry partially out of his mouth. Realistically myself and my buddy should have left. I used to eat here a lot but after that I'm pretty grossed out."
"I’m not one to complain, but as a former fast food manager, I don’t think this is okay. hell I even smoked on the job too, but I wasn’t dumb to let customers see! Bacon double stack was missing bacon and it was so cold/ the cheese wasn’t even melted. The chicken nuggets were so old and rubbery!. Also the door remained propped open after everyone went inside, and after we got food it was still open! Easy opportunity for a thief! Especially with the crack head hotel down the street. -NIGHT OF 4/21/2023"
