"It was a while I hadn't been here but when we walked in to the lobby they acknowledged us. The gentleman on the register greeted us, we asked for a few minutes to look at the menu. He took 3 different orders from us and got all of them right. He even repeated the order before paying, when he was handing the food to us as well. When we got home the food was still hot and it was delicious. I think there's new management since the times I've gone something always messes up on my order. This time they nailed everything on everyone's order."
"This location was ok. One of the register girls was talking to a friend while we were deciding and took her a second to acknowledge us but not a game changer. That is really the only complaint we had."
"I've been going to this Jackinthebox for quite some time and it is always a pleasant experience. Very friendly staff whom I've come to know a few closely. I highly recommend going to this location because unlike other locations, they are usually prepared with the right amount of workers and they get orders finished in a timely fashion. There are times when the drive-thru is backed up but the usual wait time is no more than 8-12 minutes. I doordash, so I usually pick up a lot of orders from this location and I also get my own food from there as well."

"I noticed others mentioning it, they leave the cheese off all the tacos. I thought I was imagining things and maybe it was a one time mistake but it's been every time and I see other people commenting the same thing. They conveniently didn't give me a receipt so I can't really report it accurately. Once I'd ordered bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits and the guy tried to sell me something else instead. I told him that's not what I wanted to order over and over. Got home and in the bag was what he'd been trying to get me to buy. It was a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin. I've never ever seen English muffins there in all my life. I've showed up there late nights at this location and randomly been told they are closed on more than one occasion. Was told before that they didn't have food once. Several times at night had them say they were only taking cash. This location is an absolute disaster."
