"This Rosa's is a family favorite. The chips and salsa are the BEST! They were able to accommodate our big group for dinner on a Saturday night, which was nice. The food was great as always, and the service was excellent, even with so many people to deal with. The atmosphere has an old Mexico feel and is clean and welcoming."
"Great place to eat in Mesa. They are good at taking care of their customers, the food is always excellent and served with a great presentation and taste. Little expensive for the menu, but I love this place. If they would lower the beverage pricing a little, it would go a long way. I highly recommend this place, but be prepared to pay 25-35 per person."

"What an absolute hidden gem of a restaurant. Don’t be put off by the surroundings. This was literally the best Mexican food I have ever eaten in my life. All three of us had different dishes and not a single thing was left in any of our plates. Everything was fantastic. Our server was friendly, polite and welcoming. I’m so grateful to my friend Steve Hardison who brought us here for a treat. I’m going to be recommending this place to others and I will definitely be coming back here."
"Updated review 1/22 We eat here frequently. The food is as good as ever, but we have noticed that the service has continued to decline in quality. The staff is working very hard. They are simply shorthanded. The result is a poor experience. The server does not check on you and "forgets" or ignores attempts to get more chips and salsa. If you're on a diet, this may work in your favor. No chance of getting a second round before the food comes out. Also you'll have plenty of time to think about your life choices as you wait for a bill.
