"Absolute WORST!! The food was barely edible. We tossed out our order. Not at all like how you are supposed to receive your food. Bread was soggy not toasted. I dont even think the meat was real meat. When complained to the employee all I got was, " I'm sorry Ma'am". that's it!! I reached out to an on site manger got no resolution or refund. All she kept telling me was Im waiting on my GM which never handled the situation. NEVER again will I eat there and I dont advise it."

"Honestly, one is visiting here for a good value. This is not a gourmet "quick serve restaurant." But behind the value, I find the workers have pride in their location and the owner is one of the most decent operators in the heavily QSR serviced corners in Mesa."

"I tried calling 8x to let the store know how much they suck. ESPECIALLY the night crew. But they suck so bad they didn’t even answer the phone so I guess that does it. 1 star Also peep the other reviews. Those are all true. I live in the complex next to rallies. Everyone “local” hates this place. Also i really hope this owner responds about the lady who got her card stolen… I grew up in restaurants I’ve been General Manager for a long time before I quit and started my own business. I know many restaurant owners. This owner did not even say they were going to run an investigation nor did they even respond!! Terrible way to run a business! Bulldoze the place down or fire the ENTIRE staff. Especially that teen boy who steals cards and makes eye contact with me then hides along with all the other staff. In my opinion they are relying too much on the automated ordering system in the drive through and forget they need to talk to customers and give good customer service."

"every time I decide to come down here I am disappointed over and over again. you could pound on the window repeatedly , and nobody would come to it. Having made eye contact with multiple workers and watched them hide, I would just guess that maybe this job isn’t for them. But it is making your store look very bad. Everyone sees it. The standards are extremely low and they have no customer service whatsoever. Coming from someone who manages food service, I would just get a whole new night crew. also, the young boy who works at night steals bank cards."

"It was an empty building when we pulled into the drive thru. The order speaker was projecting a computerized woman’s voice that asked what we would like to order. This was the interesting fact that we asked about once we pulled up to the window counter. Despite not having spoken to us (the establishment’s only current and present potential customers), she snapped back a patronizing response and curtly shoved our food through the window. It was as well pulled to the curb that we realized she had also failed to provide us with straws for our three drinks. So we backed up into the drive thru lol"
