"The person who helped fill our online order on 12.16.2023 was really good, and got done fast with each order she was given. Even though there was a huge line and alone. She needs another worker to split the load! Great job"

"Ordered on the app and when I arrived to get the sandwiches. The sandwiches were not good. Bought two and only ate half a one since I was so hungry. Asked for a refund, was told I had to come in to get it. I only work in chandler four times out of the month and live all the way in Goodyear so that makes it difficult. I called last week and spoke with Paul the manager and he told me to come to get refund and show him pictures of the sandwich. When I got there he had gone so I left my number and name with the employee there and she told me Paul would call me back. Never got a call back. Also expressed dissatisfaction on the app and no resolution on there either. Poor customer service. Going to call my credit card now and dispute the charge. I haven’t had much luck ordering on the app…better to just go in person and show them exactly how you like the sandwich made. I would have continued my business but with how much hassle it has been to just get a refund of 14 bucks…I don’t think I will come back to this location."

"I visited on a Wednesday morning a little before lunchtime hours. There was one customer ahead of me. I only saw one employee. The restaurant was clean. There are small tables inside and a couple just out the door if you would like to eat there. They have a self-serve soda machine, which is nice when you dine-in so you can get your own refills. The bread choices were white Italian, a wheat, and an Italian herb and cheese. You can get your sub toasted or cold. I would suggest that you take a look at the menu before you come in so that you don't hold up the line to decide what kind of meat you want. You may also choose from a variety of toppings and condiments. Sides include cookies or chips. Our subs were made the way we wanted them. We took them to go. We didn't get any napkins in our bag, not sure if you need to ask or if they were out. The bread was fresh and they sub was filling. They do have an app that you can use to order online, get deals, and earn points for your purchases. They also mail out coupons and this location does the 6" sub of the day for $3.99. There is plenty of parking at this location."

"Love this subway! I got the spinach wrap and it was delicious (they also have a tomato basil wrap). All the inrlgredients were delicious. I thought the staff was really nice as well. The interior felt a little dirty but oh well. There are some tables and chairs outdoors too."

"This is a nice clean location. The service is fast and efficient. The prices are reasonable and the options are nice. The Baja chicken sandwich is great. The wraps are delicious. It would be nice to have a little more cheese on such a large wrap (instead of two small half slices)."
