"Seen this place before on my drives from work back home to Tempe. Decided to give it a go. The menu is 90% traditional Chinese cuisine. Maybe 1/2 dozen Americanized Chinese items on the back 2 pages. Order carefully and ask questions! Food was cooked quickly and served immediately. Ordered 4 items… 3 of those were as good as I have ever eaten. The fourth I took home to eat later… see 4 photos."
"This is one my favorite Chinese restaurants in town. The food is always served promptly and always delicious! If you love skewers, I would recommend this place! The biggest perk of this place is how late they are open, this is perfect for my late night cravings. Their food is pretty spicy so if you are someone who can’t eat too much spice, I would recommend asking them to turn down the spice."
"Nice place with limited seating but quick service and fast kitchen. A variety of meats from beef to rabbit and parts like intestines and brain to choose from. Dishes have great flavor with spicy and non-spicy options."
"Told my wife, "we need something spicy for dinner tonight" and as she leered, I corrected her assumption with a "I mean for food!". Jokes aside, We settled in trying Original cuisine and ordering takeout. Overall, the food was mostly flavorful, we ended up ordering the chongqing spicy fried chicken, dumplings with chili sauce and "delicious" fried rice. The main standout was the dumplings and highly recommend them. The fried rice was Ok at best, but made a good combination for the spicy fried chicken. just note white rice would of done just as much for less of a cost. Although we did not dine in, the restaurant looked clean, the pickup process was straight forward, and staff was nice. Lastly, the ordering process online was easy, but they really need to add more pictures and descriptions of the food. For people that are not used to ordering Chinese cuisine or eat often at Original Cusine, this would help out a lot. I removed a star because I had to do research on what some of the items were and was not straightforward. Overall, Original Cuisine settled my cravings for good spicy food and if you are looking for authentic food I recommend you make a stop here. Just be forewarned spicy means delicious but has slight heat."
